Associate, Investments

The Associate will work on real estate secondary acquisitions, performing complex financial analysis and valuations, conducting market research, and assisting with due diligence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in investment banking, M&A, real estate investing, and/or private equity
• Exceptional analytical, financial modeling and valuation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to interact with high-level stakeholders at Brookfield and within portfolio companies with limited supervision
• Proficiency in full suite of Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
