Job Description
The Associate, Investments will work on real estate secondary acquisitions, perform financial analysis and valuations, conduct market research, and assist with due diligence. The role involves working closely with team members and stakeholders, and requires exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in investment banking, M&A, real estate investing, and/or private equity
- Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in full suite of Microsoft Office products
