Associate, Investor Relations

Brookfield Asset Management is seeking an Associate to join its public investor relations team, responsible for preparing quarterly earnings materials, maintaining investor reporting processes, and developing materials for investors and firm leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, capital markets, asset management, or a related financial role.
• Strong financial literacy, including understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and a demonstrated interest in asset management and investment strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce concise, professional materials suitable for external investors.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to distill complex financial information into clear insights and key messages.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with an ownership mindset, demonstrating initiative, resourcefulness, and the ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across teams and interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
