Job Description
The Fund FinOps Manager will assist the Finance & Operations team with the reporting, accounting and operations responsibilities of the real estate investment funds. The candidate will prepare financial statements, investor reports, and assist with SEC and regulatory reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Professional accounting qualification (Charted Accountant/CPA)
- Minimum 9-10 years of progressive work experience in fund administration and/or relevant fund accounting experience
- 2+ years of team handling experience (officially on the system)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Detail oriented, with ability to navigate through large data sets efficiently
- Strong communication (oral and written) skills
- Team oriented
- Ability to multi-task with good time management skills
