Job Description
The Sr. Analyst - HRIS Absence & TT position is responsible for supporting and improving operational efficiencies within Human Resources. The role will involve leading customer groups, advising on business requirements, and supporting decision making.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Workday Absence and Time Tracking
- Hands on Experience in HCM Core, Absence, Time Tracking module
- Strong technical skill in workday Absence and Time Tracking
- Good understanding on policy and configuring required leave types
- In-depth knowledge of Absence Eligibility rules, Time Off plans, Accruals, Time off
- Experience in transforming business requirements into complex system configurations
- Analyses large HR data loads to ensure accurate data transfer
