Vice President

We are seeking a Vice President to join our Infrastructure Group, responsible for originating and executing M&A activity, securing debt financing, and managing syndication processes. The role requires 7-10 years of experience in investment banking, private credit, or direct lending, with a focus on the infrastructure sector.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in investment banking, private credit, or direct lending
• Direct experience in origination, structuring, and execution of debt transactions in the infrastructure sector
• Experience in managing financing and syndication processes
• Ability to work in a dynamic, global team and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Analytic and strategic thinker with the ability to assess complex situations and make effective recommendations
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities and meet timelines
• Proactive self-starter who can handle pressure effectively and has experience working with senior management teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) with a strength in dealing with a wide variety of individuals at various levels within and outside of the organization
• Team-oriented with a demonstrated commitment to shared success above any personal accomplishment or recognition
