Vice President -Investment Banking - M&A

ALANTRA is a global investment banking, asset management and portfolio advisory firm seeking to hire an Investment Banking Vice President to support its M&A and capital raising advisory business. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and be able to immediately impact the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
• 2 to 3 years of investment banking experience at the Associate level required
• Established and strong professional track records in M&A
• Expertise in all phases of project management
• Results-oriented and focused on producing high-quality product
• Objective and constructive problem solver
• Able to provide direction and leadership to build a strong team environment
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Strong client management skills
• Excellent analytical and modeling skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; Expert in Excel and PowerPoint
• FINRA Series 79/7 and 63 licenses are required, or to be obtained within the first six months of employment
