Job Description
Alantra is seeking to hire an Investment Banking Vice President to support its M&A and capital raising advisory business within the Aerospace & Defense sector. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Industrials M&A experience and strong professional track records in M&A.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
- 2 to 3 years of investment banking experience at the Associate level required
- Industrials M&A experience preferred
- Established and strong professional track records in M&A
- Expertise in all phases of project management
- Results-oriented and focused on producing high-quality product
- Objective and constructive problem solver
- Able to provide direction and leadership to build a strong team environment
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong client management skills
- Excellent analytical and modeling skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills; Expert in Excel and PowerPoint
- FINRA Series 79/7 and 63 licenses are required, or to be obtained within the first six months of employment
