VP, Application Engineering

We are seeking a Vice President, Application Engineering, to lead the delivery of innovative application integration solutions that support the operations and scalability of our Brookfield Wealth Solutions and Brookfield Credit business areas.

Requirements

• Lead and mentor a global team of Application Engineers
• Drive operational excellence
• Champion continuous improvement
• Lead design, implementation and support of application integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ensure documentation for application integrations
• Implement data validation, normalization and cleansing processes
• Lead migration initiative of existing legacy to Cloud environment
• Assess and address improvement opportunities
• Design and implement scalable architectures
• Identify areas for optimization within existing workflows
• Partner with Vice President, Business Systems Analysis
• Partner closely with business stakeholders
• Communicate application solution architectures
• Partner with end users
• Maintain systems to enable ad-hoc or periodic analytics
