The Administrative Assistant is the operational backbone of GGP's Frisco leasing office in Texas, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and ensuring the front- and back-door needs of the office are handled with professionalism and care.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Frisco office
- Manage meeting and event logistics
- Manage office and kitchen supplies
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipping
- Coordinate facilities needs
- Provide administrative support to the team
