Job Description
Assistant General Manager to assist in managing daily operations of a mixed use or multifamily residential property, overseeing security, maintenance, and housekeeping functions, and providing excellent goods and services to the community.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- 2 years of experience in operations/management of a property
- Excellent oral, verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Strong business acumen and excellent financial skills
