Associate, Asset Management

Maymont Homes is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Asset Management team. This individual will support the optimization and growth of our single-family rental portfolio. This position is ideal for someone with a background in real estate asset management or financial analysis and has excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a focus in real estate, finance, business, accounting
• 3+ years of experience in real estate, specifically in portfolio management, asset management, acquisitions, or investment banking
• Exceptional analytical, financial, and corporate modeling, and valuation skills
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving ability
• Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering value through operational efficiencies and strategic decision-making
