Job Description
The Facilities Technician assists the Operations Manager with implementing safety plans, operating standards and guidelines, troubleshooting, repairs, and performing preventative maintenance to maintain the physical assets of the property.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field
- Valid Driver's License
- OSHA General Industries 10-Hour course
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook
