Job Description
The Part-Time (20 Hours a week) Facilities Technician is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager or Manager on Duty with the implementation of safety plans, operating standards and guidelines, troubleshooting, repairs, and performing preventative maintenance required to maintain the physical assets of the property.
Requirements
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various building systems
- Perform a variety of maintenance/minor repair activities on the interior/exterior areas of the property
- Assist with maintaining appropriate inventory systems, records, files, material safety data sheets, supplies, equipment, and tools
- Provide assistance and interact with the public and tenants as needed
- Some shift work, evenings, weekends, and emergency response is required
