Job Description
Brookfield Residential’s Summer Internship Program provides students with a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of our projects and operations. We are seeking highly motivated and driven students who are eager to explore the development and residential real estate industry, gain practical experience, and make meaningful contributions to our team.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a related field (e.g., Real Estate, Construction Management, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- A keen interest in real estate and development
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a strong team player
- A positive and can-do attitude
- Ability to work 40 hours per week Monday – Friday
- Must possess reliable transportation
