Leasing Manager

We are seeking a Manager, Leasing to join Brookfield Properties in Toronto, ON. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the leasing team, have strong sales skills, contribute to leasing strategy, financial analysis, broker engagement, and transaction management across the portfolio.

Requirements

• Completion of university degree required; Commercial Real Estate designation/license is considered an asset
• 2-5 years of experience ideally in the real estate industry, with a minimum of 1-2 years of office leasing transaction experience preferred
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Must be a team player with exceptional work ethic and adaptability
• Service-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to various stakeholders
• Strong sales and negotiation capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and perform in a fast-paced environment
• Superior attention to detail, accuracy and ability to follow-up as required to meet deadlines
• Professional, courteous, and relationship-focused approach to both internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills
