Maintenance Supervisor

Supervises and coordinates efforts of maintenance staff, performs general to advanced mechanical maintenance, interior maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, and housekeeping. Recommends new hires, disciplines, and contributes to performance appraisal.

Requirements

• Supervise and coordinate efforts of maintenance staff
• Perform or assign work to repair and maintain mechanical equipment, including heating and air conditioning
• Perform or assign routine to difficult carpentry duties
• Perform or assign routine to difficult electrical duties
• Perform or assign routine to difficult plumbing duties
• Interface with contractors and vendors
