Maintenance Supervisor

Supervises, coordinates, and performs activities employed with the general maintenance of a multi-unit residential property. Responsible for supervising and training maintenance staff, performing mechanical and carpentry duties, and interacting with contractors and vendors.

Requirements

• Supervise and coordinate efforts of the maintenance staff
• Perform or assign work to repair and maintain mechanical equipment, including heating and air conditioning
• Perform or assign routine to difficult carpentry duties
• Perform or assign routine to difficult electrical duties
• Perform or assign routine to difficult plumbing duties
• Interface with contractors and vendors
