We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Brookfield Properties in Murray, Utah. Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property
- High School Diploma/GED or 3-4 years of experience to offset minimum educational requirements
- Preferred certifications: HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing
- Valid driver's license may be required
- Self-motivated, team-player, communication, interpersonal, attention to detail, customer service, and personal accountability
