Job Description
We are looking for a talented maintenance professional to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs, maintenance, and installations in the apartment community, including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical/appliance, and machinery work. You will also provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid driver's license (depending on the needs of the property)
- Preferred certifications: HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing
