Job Description
We are seeking a talented maintenance professional to join our team as a Maintenance Technician. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks within the apartment community, including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical/appliance, and machinery repairs.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of required experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid driver's license (may be required)
