Job Description
The Office Coordinator (18 Month Contract) is responsible for the organization and coordination of the primary Brookfield Residential Wilmington office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and progressive work experience
- 5+ years’ office experience
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of business and management principles
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Strong MS Office, Power Point, Adobe skills
