Porter

Building cleaning worker - cleans offices, bathrooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas, performs various tasks such as wet- or dry-mopping floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, removing rubbish, pressure washing, gum and graffiti removal, makes minor repairs, painting and carpentry, replenishes bathroom supplies, landscaping and snow removal.

Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED
• less than 1 year of prior experience in working on a commercial or multi-unit residential property
• dependability, teamwork, ethics, organizational support, safety and security, ability to read, write, speak, and understand basic English
