Regional Manager supervises and coordinates daily operations of assigned multifamily communities, maintaining physical assets and performance to achieve highest possible net operating income.

Requirements

• An undergraduate degree in property management or related discipline
• 8-10 years of progressively responsible experience in property management
• Ability to lead and manage teams, monitor regulatory compliance, and ensure company policies are followed
