Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Global Financial Operations & Reporting team in Toronto, ON, where you will work with a high-performing team to streamline financial processes and shape how financial data is used across the organization.

Requirements

• Prepare, review and issue chargeback bills to internal stakeholders
• Maintain billing contacts and coordinate on billing settlements
• Review and post journal entries related to adjustments and corrections
• Reconcile incoming payments and accurately apply cash receipts against outstanding invoices
• Support monthly and quarterly close processes
• Perform detailed analysis and reporting on liquidity forecasts
• Monitor aged receivables and track outstanding balances
• Collaborate with the Technology Service team to identify and resolve system issues
• Develop, document, and deliver training materials, job aids, and communications
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
