Job Description
Senior Financial Analyst position at Brookfield Residential, supporting the Finance & Planning function within Alberta Homes and Commercial, preparing and consolidating monthly guidance and annual Business Plan templates and numbers, and conducting ad hoc evaluations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting/Finance (or equivalent mix of education and experience)
- CPA or CFA designation
- 4+ years of progressively responsible related experience for a major or medium-sized company
- Advanced Excel user
- Strong attention to detail and proven accuracy skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Exemplary task and time management skills
- Proficient in Word and Outlook
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively identify risks/issues and recommend solutions
