Civil Engineer/ Dam Safety Engineer

The Civil Engineer/Dam Safety Engineer I will provide technical direction, quality assurance, and expertise for matters concerning Brookfield Renewable’s dams and related civil infrastructure.

Requirements

• Broad knowledge and experience with civil engineering
• Proficient in Hydrology and Hydraulics, Structural or Geotechnical Engineering and design codes, standards and practices
• Knowledgeable and experience with the FERC or State dam safety programs
• Strong engineering, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills
• Be innovative, self-directed, organized, independent, and able to collaborate in a team environment
