Job Description
We are looking for a Control Room Operator to work in a high-stakes environment, operating and monitoring advanced control systems in real-time. The ideal candidate will be calm under pressure, technically savvy, and a great communicator.
Requirements
- Calm under pressure and confident making decisions in fast-paced environments
- Technically savvy, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great communicator and team player
- Able to work night shifts, weekends, and some holidays
- Willing to travel to remote sites if needed
