Control Room Operator for Renewable Energy at Brookfield Renewable N.A., responsible for operating and monitoring advanced control systems, making decisions to maintain license limits and public safety, and collaborating with field teams and remote operations.
Requirements
- Calming under pressure and confident making decisions in fast-paced environments
- Technically savvy, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with computers and control systems (bonus if you’ve used SCADA or similar platforms)
- Great communicator and team player
- Able to work night shifts, weekends, and some holidays
- Willing to travel to remote sites if needed
