Director, Purchasing

Role Overview

The Director, Purchasing is responsible for overall direction of procurement to ensure the company achieves its yearly production objectives. This role facilitates the contract to close functions of homebuilding purchasing, including invoicing, options price maintenance, and vendor management.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include planning data entry, post-load validation, vendor budget support, option matrix management, pricing setup, and vendor onboarding.
