Requirements
- Degree / Diploma with an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- At least 5+ years of experience in EUC / Microsoft 365 engineering/architecture roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing Office 365, Intune, Windows 10/11, and related technologies.
- Solid knowledge of security and compliance standards within Office 365 and Intune domains.
- Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities for user support and knowledge sharing.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently.
