Value Engineer - Strategic Sourcing

Brooks is a leading provider of automation solutions with over 40 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. The company is seeking a Value Engineer - Strategic Sourcing to support the Sourcing group in strategic global sourcing initiatives. The Value Engineer will act as a technical and cost engineering expert within the sourcing team, responsible for driving cost optimization, improving product value, and supporting supplier and component decisions through data-driven engineering analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in value engineering, manufacturing engineering, cost engineering, or supplier development
• Experience in manufacturing processes such as machining, plastics, die cast, stamping, electronics, or assembly
