Requirements
- Licensed LPN in the State of Florida
- 1 year of experience in skilled, rehabilitation or medical surgical setting
- Current Hands on BLS Certification
- IV Certified Preferred
- Current Hands on Clinical Skills Certification (required)
- Current Hands on Care Certification (required)
- Current Hands on Education Certificate (required)
