Job Description
The Quality Risk Manager at Brooks Inpatient Hospital is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Clinical Risk Management Program. This role involves incident investigation, risk identification, management, and consultation with healthcare providers. The CRM acts as a consultant and provides support to the System Director of Risk Management in mitigating risk and ensuring quality of care in a changing healthcare environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program
- Five to seven years nursing experience in a hospital or clinical environment
- One to three years progressive healthcare leadership in risk management, quality improvement, patient safety, or related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills
- Current State of Arizona Registered Nurse License or Multistate License under the Nurse Licensure Compact
