Job Description
We are looking for a Footwear Process Engineering Manager, Asia to validate and confirm all footwear processes from prototype to commercialization in the sample room. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in athletic footwear product development and 2+ years of people management experience. The role involves recommending process solutions, managing sample manufacturing process issues, coaching and training junior process engineers, and leading ideation and initiatives on product improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or other applicable technical degrees
- 7+ years of experience in athletic footwear product development
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Fluent English communication skills
- Proven track record of successful collaboration in global product teams
- Ability to lead and influence in a collaborative, cross-functional group
- Strong computer skills including experience with Illustrator, MS Office software
