The Academic Advisor will support students holistically from first term enrollment through graduation, defining and clarifying their educational and career goals. Employees in this job classification utilize a case management approach in assessing students' academic levels, guiding students through the career exploration process, and facilitating the development of academic plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Education
• 6 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree
• 4 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree
