Job Description
Innovative and energetic educators with 3 years' experience teaching adult learners in Learning Management Systems are needed to teach healthcare subjects to today's multi-generational learners.
Requirements
- Associates Degree and/or Diploma in Medical Assisting or Clinical Medical Assisting
- Active Certification in Medical Assisting: CMA, CCMA, or RMA
- Experience teaching diverse adults
- Experience developing training materials
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High level of computer & technical competency
- Knowledge of National Certification testing requirements
- Ability to perform physical work with patients and students in a clinical setting
- Available to conduct training during weekdays or evenings
- Working knowledge of D2L required
- Field experience in Phlebotomy and Electrocardiogram (EKG)
- Current Basic Life Support card (American Heart Association)
- Knowledge of Medical Assisting and Clinical Medical Assistant theory and clinical practice experience required
