The Associate Dean, Academic Affairs Business (North Campus) serves in a management and leadership capacity, responsible for the overall department operations, personnel, students, scheduling, curriculum implementation, external agencies, instruction, and financial considerations.
Requirements
- Master's degree required. Doctorate Degree preferred.
- Three years of teaching experience at the postsecondary level, with a history of demonstrated leadership roles in educational settings
- Excellent oral and written communication, financial management and budget design skills
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching and scholarly/creative research in higher education
- In-depth knowledge of the academic discipline(s)
- Models inclusive excellence through specific actions that support the College's mission in the recruitment, hiring, and retention of talented faculty and staff
