Requirements
- Earned associate degree from an accredited institution
- 10 years of military service and current rank of E6 to E9, CWO1 to CWO5, or O3 to O6
- Successful completion of specialized training programs for junior reserve officer's training corps or experience in administering or teaching educational programs in military service
