Job Description
Brown Advisory’s San Francisco office is seeking a Portfolio Analyst to support the management and oversight of complex client portfolios across a broad range of asset classes and investment strategies. The role requires strong analytical skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate possesses a “can do” mentality and always puts our client’s interests first.
Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related discipline
- Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe; Charles River, Factset, Bloomberg, Addepar and APX
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team setting
- Discretion in handling confidential client information
- Passion for financial markets
- Must be able to work on-site in the San Francisco office
