Requirements
- Previous project management experience
- 5+ years in the AEC industry, 10+ years preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Proven track record of managing scope, schedule and budget on projects
- Technical competency in MS Project, Excel, PowerBI, and databases
- Ability to proactively deal with conflict and manage large complex teams
- Highly motivated self-starter with a passion to accomplish project goals
- Proficiency in change management processes and systems
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks on projects
- Proficient in contract terms and execution
- Strong negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Proficient in using standard computer programs (MS Word, MS Teams, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook)
