Project Manager

Project Manager position at Brown and Caldwell, responsible for planning, executing, and delivering quality projects for municipal clients in the Hawaiian Islands. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in the AEC industry.

Requirements

• Previous project management experience
• 5+ years in the AEC industry, 10+ years preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Proven track record of managing scope, schedule and budget on projects
• Technical competency in MS Project, Excel, PowerBI, and databases
• Ability to proactively deal with conflict and manage large complex teams
• Highly motivated self-starter with a passion to accomplish project goals
• Proficiency in change management processes and systems
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks on projects
• Proficient in contract terms and execution
• Strong negotiation skills
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Proficient in using standard computer programs (MS Word, MS Teams, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook)
