Job Description
Brown and Caldwell is seeking a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager with successful experience in Water/Wastewater project delivery to join the Texas team. The role will involve managing and executing work on projects, developing and sustaining successful client relationships, and providing support for marketing and proposals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering work in the state of Texas and a desire to continue to help the firm build and foster long lasting client relationships.
Requirements
- B.S. degree in a related engineering field (Mechanical, Civil, Environmental)
- Minimum of 10 years of progressively increasing responsibility in related experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas or ability to obtain PE Registration within 6 months of hire
- PMP certification a plus
- Successful marketing, proposal writing, proposal management, and public presentations experience a plus
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
