Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. The role will involve working with business stakeholders, system architects, and development teams to understand requirements and formulate solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in analysis for IT projects, and SQL programming skills.
Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Focus on true business needs and incremental delivery
- Ability to create stories in line with "INVEST" principles
- SQL programming skills with ability to write simple Oracle queries
- Ability to adjust to changing priorities
- Experience in analysis for IT projects
