The Capital Partners AI Strategy & Transformation Leader is responsible for owning and scaling AI as a core operating capability across the Capital Partners business. This role defines and leads the AI strategy, ensuring AI is embedded into core workflows and decision making to drive measurable productivity gains, business insight, and competitive advantage.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in Financial Services
- Practical experience implementing new technologies, advanced analytics, or automation in a business environment
- Familiarity with responsible AI principles, data governance, and operating in regulated environments
- Experience partnering with technology and data teams to deliver scalable solutions
- A blend of strategic and operational skills and the ability to assess businesses, re-engineer processes, and work to deliver improved results
