Client Associate

Brown Brothers Harriman is recruiting a Client Associate to join their Multi-Family Office team. The Client Associate will service complex, multigenerational families with significant wealth and administrative requirements. The role involves assisting with client deliverables, performing operational and administrative tasks, and supporting the Office Head, Relationship Managers, Client Managers, and Senior CAs within the Team or Office.

Requirements

• BA or Equivalent
• 2-3+ years or relevant experience in a client support, administrative or operations role
• Wealth Management/Private Banking experience preferred
• Microsoft Office
• Ability to execute tasks in a fast-paced team environment
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Ability to identify, escalate and resolve problems/issues
• Ability to communicate professionally through effective verbal and written skills
• Demonstrates efficient time management skills
