BBH is looking for a motivated Supervisor to join their Alternative Investments Team. The role involves leading a small group of financial professionals, growing leadership skills, and making an impact in accounting and reporting.
Requirements
- Deliver results: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports (GL, financial reporting, consolidation)
- Quality check: Review team members' work to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness
- Be the expert: Build strong knowledge of IFRS and other GAAP standards
- Lead & coach: Guide your team, give feedback, and support their growth through regular check-ins
- Shape culture: Promote a positive, collaborative atmosphere with clear communication and professionalism
- Drive change: Contribute to special projects that improve efficiency, quality, and accuracy
- Protect quality / Work with integrity: Ensure compliance with procedures, best practices, and internal controls
