Junior Operations Specialist - Mutual Fund Services

Join us as a Junior Operation Specialist at Mutual Fund Services. You'll work under supervision, supporting senior team members in performing reviews of daily service and transaction work, and participate in the execution of client instructions, preparing reporting and documentation. You will become a member of the processing team, helping our clients (internal and external) to meet their goals and provide timely and accurate completion of all client deliverables and inquiries with support of more senior colleagues.

Requirements

• Reviewing Fund’s official documents, contract notes, statements and analyze information provided
• Preparing deferent kinds of documentation
• Gather information and preparing backups
• Updating internal systems
• Communicating with external parties - Funds, Transfer Agents, brokers, vendors all around the world via email and/or phone
• Providing timely updates for the clients
• Preparing reports
• Participating in internal calls
• Supporting senior team members in performing reviews of daily service and transaction work
