Job Description

This role is responsible for designing, marketing, and implementing middle-market insurance programs for clients, and requires expertise in the insurance industry and strong communication and time management skills.
Requirements
- Develops knowledge of a clientâs business and industry and their specific risk profile
- Leads in the development of a marketing plan
- Negotiates with underwriters on behalf of our clients
- Creates insurance proposal to compare competitive insurance program options
- Monitors the risk transfer process
- Develops and maintains relationships with underwriters and other service providers
- Develops and maintains client service plans
- Provide performance related feedback to others
- Participates in identifying new business opportunities
- Attends Continuing Education classes
