We are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing team in Tacoma, WA. The position serves as the primary service contact for the client, providing day-to-day services including but not limited to renewal and marketing coordination, billing, endorsements, and issuance of appropriate documentation.
Requirements
- Service and maintain an assigned book of business
- Provide direct customer service support for commercial lines clients
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of communications and insurance documents as required
- Work closely with Producers and Marketing to achieve agreed upon goals for new and renewal business marketing
- Develop and foster quality relationships with clients and team members
- Review, analyze and resolve policy and coverage-related concerns for clients
- Consistently meet all Brown & Brown established quality control Procedures and Timelines
- Compile and create proposals, summaries and additional documents as requested
- Actively participate in social, civic, and trade organizations to represent Brown & Brown's community/client commitment
