Requirements

• Develops, achieves, and maintains maximum sales volume consistent with projections.
• Actively generates new leads through community activities, association meetings, and cold calling.
• Submits data on potential accounts and renewals, presents proposals, and closes sales.
• Handles complex processing and claim situations with clients and company personnel.
• Maintains production reports and attends sales meetings as required.
